The problem it solves
Every small business owner has been handed a marketing strategy at some point. It was a PDF, it was forty pages, it was read once, and it is now in a folder nobody has opened since.
The problem was never the thinking. It was that a plan written as a document has no mechanism for getting done, and the person responsible for doing it is the same person who is on the tools all week.
The Intelligent Marketing Coach is that plan turned into a system. It knows your business, your services and your market. It builds the strategy, breaks it into tasks small enough to actually do, tells you which one matters most this week, and keeps a record of what you completed.
Done for you
This is a managed service. We build it, connect it and keep it tuned. Your involvement is measured in minutes.
About twenty minutes during your website onboarding: what you sell, who buys it, where you operate, what you charge and who you are up against.
A full SOSTAC marketing plan generated from that profile, with objectives that have numbers attached rather than vague ambitions.
The plan becomes a task board of things small enough to actually do, each one traceable back to the objective it serves.
Every ninety days we look at what worked, what did not, and rebuild the plan around where the business is now, not where it was in January.
With it running
What using it actually looks like, for the person who does the marketing after everything else is done.
No blank page, no forty tasks staring back at you. One clear focus for the week, chosen from your plan, with the reasoning attached so you know why it is the priority.
You read it in two minutes. Most weeks that is the entire planning session.
Should I be running Facebook ads? Should I put my prices up? The mentor answers with your margins, your market and what you have already tried in front of it, which is the difference between generic advice and advice.
You know the one thing to do this week, you have an answer to the question that was bothering you, and the streak tracker has quietly noted that you showed up again.
Consistency, it turns out, is the single biggest predictor of whether a marketing plan survives past month two. This is built to make showing up the easy part.
Who it suits
The person doing the marketing is the person on the tools. The Coach does the thinking so your twenty minutes a week goes on doing.
Where one person "does the marketing" alongside a real job. Tasks assign across the team with no per-seat charge.
Seasonal businesses that need to plan party season and quiet Januaries before they arrive, not react to them.
If you have paid for marketing thinking before and watched it gather dust, this is that thinking with a mechanism for getting done.
What it does
Tap any card for the full detail.
Feature 01
The platform starts by building a profile of your business: what you sell, who buys it, where you operate, what you charge and who you compete with.
From that it generates a complete plan across the SOSTAC framework, the structure used by marketing professionals: Situation, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action and Control. You get the strategic thinking a consultant would charge four figures for, grounded in your actual business rather than a sector template.
Feature 02
The plan is automatically decomposed into a working task board. Each task is small enough to complete in a sitting, and each one is traceable back to the objective it serves, so you always know why you are doing it.
Tasks can be assigned across your team, commented on and moved through stages, which matters as soon as more than one person is involved in marketing.
Feature 03
Choice is the enemy of execution. Faced with forty tasks, most people do none of them. The daily focus picks a small number of high-value tasks and asks you to commit to one.
Streaks track how consistently you show up, which sounds trivial and turns out to be the single biggest predictor of whether a marketing plan survives past month two.
Feature 04
The mentor has your business profile, your plan and your progress in context. So when you ask whether you should be running Facebook ads, the answer accounts for your margins, your market and what you have already tried.
It is the difference between generic advice and advice. You can also run structured strategy sessions on specific problems, such as pricing, a slow quarter or launching a new service.
Feature 05
The platform can build a synthetic audience that reflects your actual customer base and put an idea in front of it: a new offer, a price change, a piece of messaging.
It is not a substitute for talking to real customers, and we would never claim it is. It is a cheap, fast first filter that catches obviously bad ideas before you spend money finding out the hard way.
Feature 06
Because the platform already holds your plan and your business profile, the content it produces is on-strategy rather than generic. Blog posts, campaign outlines and content assets all come from the objectives you set.
This is what closes the loop with the website: the plan says you need pre-quote content for a service, the platform drafts it, and it publishes to the site we built you.

The maths
A marketing consultant charges four figures for the plan alone, and is not there on Sunday night when you finally sit down to do the work. The Coach is the same structured thinking, kept alive week after week, for £49 a month across your whole team.
Your evenings, priced up
The Coach exists because the person doing the marketing is also the person on the tools. Price that time.
