The ACCC Framework

Attract. Convert. Capture. Compound.

A website on its own does not win work. A system does. The ACCC Framework is the system we deploy with every build: get found, turn visitors into enquiries, answer every call, and stack the results month on month.

4 stages

One connected system

1 supplier

Instead of four agencies

24/7

Calls answered, even missed ones

Every job

Triggers a review request

The argument

We are not a cheap website builder, and this is why

Most small businesses buy a website from one company, SEO from another, ads from a third, and still answer the phone themselves from the top of a ladder. Each supplier does their piece, nobody owns the result, and the owner ends up being the project manager.

We built the ACCC Framework because the pieces only produce work when they are wired together. The quote form only matters if people find the site. The ads only pay if the page converts the click. The five-star reputation only grows if someone asks after every job. One system, one supplier, one monthly bill.

This page walks through the four stages, what delivers each one, and what it costs. Nothing here is a mystery and nothing is locked away. If you would rather run parts of it yourself, take the plan and do exactly that.

At a glance

Four stages, one connected system

A website on its own is a brochure. We build the system around it: four stages that attract the right customers, convert them into enquiries, capture every call and compound the results month on month.

01

Attract

Get found by people already searching

Local search, content and Google Ads put you in front of customers at the exact moment they need you.

02

Convert

Turn visitors into priceable enquiries

A fast website with quote forms built for your trade, so you get job details you can price, not vague messages.

03

Capture

Answer every call, even the missed ones

An AI receptionist picks up 24/7 in your business name, takes the details and texts you a job ticket.

Stage 01 · Attract

Get found by people already searching

Google Ads Management

£449 a month

SEO and Content

£249 a month

Every job starts with a search. Someone types your trade and their town into Google, and the businesses on that first screen get the calls. Attract is everything that puts you there: a site structured so every service and every town has a page that can rank, a Google Business Profile that earns its place in the map results, and Google Ads for the moments you want more work now rather than in six months.

Search takes months and compounds; ads take days and stop when you stop paying. The framework uses both deliberately: ads buy the demand while search visibility builds underneath, then the balance shifts to the leads that cost nothing per click.

Before any of it goes live, you can test the advert on a simulated audience built from real population statistics. Our Audience Simulator is included, and it will tell you the headline is unclear before you have paid Google to find that out.

  • A page for every service and every town, done honestly
  • Google Business Profile worked properly, not left to rot
  • Google Ads with exact keywords and no marked-up spend
  • Adverts tested on a simulated audience before they run
  • Content answering the questions customers ask before they buy

Stage 02 · Convert

Turn visitors into enquiries you can price

Traffic is worthless if the visit ends without an enquiry. Convert is the website doing its actual job: loading fast on a phone, showing the proof a customer needs, and asking the five questions that let you price the job without two days of phone tag.

This is where the build quality shows. A quote form written for your trade collects the property type, the scale, the access, the timing and the photos. You reply first with a real number, which is usually what decides who gets the job.

  • Fast, mobile-first pages with a clear next step
  • Quote forms that ask what your trade needs to price a job
  • Photo upload so you can quote without a site visit
  • Tracking that counts enquiries, not visits

Stage 03 · Capture

Answer every call, even the ones you miss

AI Receptionist

£169 a month

Website Chatbot

Price on application

The most expensive leak in a trade business is the phone. You are on the tools, the call rings out, and the customer dials the next result. They rarely leave a voicemail and they almost never call back.

Capture plugs the leak. An AI receptionist answers 24 hours a day in your business name, takes the job details, works out how urgent it is, and texts you a job ticket you can act on. Evenings, weekends, bank holidays, mid-rewire. Nothing reaches voicemail.

The other half of the leak is quieter. Most people who visit a website will not ring and will not fill in a form. They have one question, cannot find the answer, and go back to the search results. A website chatbot answers that question from what it has been taught about your business, then takes their details before they leave.

  • Answers 24/7 in your business name
  • Sorts calls into emergency, urgent and normal
  • Sends a job ticket with details, not a voicemail
  • A chatbot for the visitors who will never phone
  • Books straight into your calendar where you want it to

Stage 04 · Compound

Stack the results month on month

Automated Social Media

£99 a month

Intelligent Marketing Coach

£49 a month

The first three stages win this month's work. Compound is what makes next year easier than this one: a review after every job, social media that posts itself, new pages and articles going live every month, and a weekly plan so the marketing actually happens.

This is the stage cheap website builders cannot touch, because it is not a website feature. It is a habit, wired into how the jobs finish. Ninety recent reviews beat eight old ones every time, and the gap gets wider every month you keep asking.

  • Review requests fire the moment a job is done
  • Social media drafted and posted automatically
  • New content published every month, human-checked
  • A weekly marketing plan that tells you the next task

Rollout

How the framework goes live

The order matters: convert first, capture before launch, attract as it opens, compound forever after.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1-2

Build starts. Convert first: the site, the quote forms and the tracking, because everything else feeds into it.

  2. 02

    Weeks 2-3

Capture goes live before launch. The AI receptionist is answering calls from day one, not bolted on later.

  3. 03

    Weeks 3-8

Attract ramps up. Google Business Profile, service and location pages, and Ads if you want leads while rankings build.

  4. 04

    Month 2 onwards

Compound takes over. Reviews after every job, monthly content, automated social and the weekly plan, stacking month on month.

The cost of a ringing phone

What are missed calls costing you?

Most calls that go unanswered do not leave a voicemail. They ring the next business on the list. Put your own numbers in.

Roughly

of work walking to competitors every month

Stop missing them

Assumes 85% of missed callers ring someone else and 40% of answered enquiries become jobs. Typical UK trade figures; adjust the sliders to your own.

FAQ

Questions about the framework

Straight answers on what it is, what it costs and what happens if you leave.

No, and that is the point. A website is one component of the framework, the Convert stage. The reason we do not sell websites on their own price-matched against £199 builders is that a website on its own does not produce work. The system around it does: being found, answering every call, and building proof after every job.
A cheap builder gives you a template with your logo on it. It does not structure pages to rank, ask the questions that let you price a job, answer your phone at 8pm, or request a review when a job finishes. If all you need is an online business card, a builder is fine. If you want the phone to ring, you need the system.
No. Every build ships with the structure for all four, but the monthly modules are yours to switch on when they make sense. Plenty of clients start with the website and Website Care, add the AI receptionist in the first month, and bring in Ads or the SEO plan when they are ready to grow.
Convert, almost always. Sending traffic to a site that does not turn visits into enquiries wastes every pound spent on Attract. Once the site converts, the right next stage depends on your leak: missing calls means Capture, invisible on Google means Attract, thin reviews means Compound.
The build has a fixed price published on the pricing page, and every monthly module has its price published next to it. Nothing is quoted mysteriously. Ad spend goes direct to Google and is never marked up. You can see every figure before you speak to us.
Yes, and we train you to. The AI training included with every build covers content, reviews and your Google Business Profile. Some clients hand us everything; others keep the parts they enjoy. The framework does not care who executes it, only that it gets executed.
A typical agency sells campaigns and reports on activity. The framework is infrastructure: forms, phone answering, review flows and content systems that keep working whether or not anyone is running a campaign. It is closer to plumbing than advertising, which is why it compounds instead of stopping when the retainer does.
You keep the website, the domain, the content, the reviews and the Google Business Profile, because they were always yours. The monthly tools stop when you stop paying for them, and we hand over access to everything else. Nothing is held hostage.
