Ecommerce Care

You own it

The shop and the customer list

The argument

Owning the shop beats renting the shelf

Most people selling online start on a marketplace. Etsy, Amazon, eBay or Not On The High Street. It is the sensible way to begin, because the customers are already there.

The problem shows up once it is working. Every order gives away a slice of your margin. The customer belongs to the platform, not to you. You cannot email them, the rules change without warning, and one policy update can switch off your income overnight.

A shop you own fixes all of that. You keep the margin, you keep the customer list, and nobody can turn it off. We build the whole system: the shop, the payments, the shipping rules, the tracking and the marketing that brings people back.

FAQ

Questions about selling online

Cost, what is included, and what happens if you want to leave.

Ecommerce Launch is £2,495 for a complete shop with around 30 products. Ecommerce Growth is £3,995 and adds the marketing automation most shops need to actually grow. Ecommerce Pro starts at £5,995 for subscriptions, trade pricing and integrations. Ecommerce Care is £99 a month. All prices exclude VAT.
A shop has more that can break, and more at stake when it does. Payments, stock, plugins and checkout all need watching, and a broken checkout costs you money every hour it is down. The higher plan reflects the extra monitoring and the priority response on anything blocking a sale.
We build on WooCommerce, which means you own the shop outright with no per-sale platform fee and no limits on how it works. If your needs are genuinely simple and you would rather have a hosted platform, we will tell you that honestly rather than sell you a bigger build.
Yes. Migration from an existing store is part of Ecommerce Pro, and we can quote it as an addition to Growth. We move products, customers, orders and, importantly, keep the URLs that already rank so you do not lose your search visibility.
Launch covers around 30 products loaded by us. Growth covers up to 100. Beyond that we are into Pro territory with a bulk catalogue import. You can always add more products yourself afterwards, on any package.
Usually yes. Accounting and fulfilment integrations sit in Ecommerce Pro. Tell us what you use on the quote form and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
Probably at first, and there is nothing wrong with that. The sensible approach is both: keep the marketplace volume while your own shop builds, then shift the balance over time. Every order that moves to your own site keeps the margin and the customer.
This is something we are genuinely strong on. We have built live personalisation, where the customer sees their own text or design on the product before they buy, and print-ready artwork comes out the other end. If that is your business, tell us and we will scope it properly.
